A topping out ceremony was carried out in March 2016 on the roof top of the 24-storey Somerset Damansara Uptown. The topping out ceremony marks a significant milestone for our integrated development in Damansara UPtown.
Officiating the topping out ceremony were Mr. Teo Chiang Khai, Executive Director of See Hoy Chan Sdn. Berhad, Mr. Joe Tan, Chief Executive Officer of See Hoy Chan Sdn. Berhad, Mr. Roy Liang, Residence Manager of Somerset Ampang Kuala Lumpur and Mr. Liew Hau Seng, Managing Director of IJM Construction Sdn. Bhd., the main contractor of Somerset Damansara UPtown.
Targeted to open in November 2016, Somerset Damansara UPtown serviced residence will have 211 apartments comprised of a range of furnished studios, one and two-bedroom apartments. Guests will be able to enjoy facilities such as a gymnasium and swimming pool.
